Ten phytoextracts evaluated in vitro against Sclerotium oryzae revealed that Allium sativum showed maximum inhibition on the gowth of the pathogen and no sclerotial germination was recorded which was followed by Allium cepa. However, Phlogacanthus thyrsiflorus, Lantana camara and Acorus calamus could not inhibit the sclerotial germination of the pathogen. Under the field trial of phytoextracts integrated with Trichoderma harzianum, T. harzianum + A. Cepa sprayed plots showed the least disease incidence (49.75%) which was followed by plots sprayed with Allium sativum alone (50.86%). However, plots sprayed with the fungicide Tricyclazole were most effective inreducing the disease intensity (40.67%) resulting in higher grain yield (5.53 t/ha). Among the combined treatments, T. harzianum + A. Cepa gave the maximum grain yield (4.4 t/ha) followed by A. Sativum alone (4.40 t/ha).
