In the current study, the Groundwater samples (Bore well water) were collected from the three different located at panchayat village of Veerapandi block, Salem, Tamil Nadu. The selected villages are Rakkipatty, Kadathur, and Periyaseeragapadi samples are sample 1, sample 2, and sample 3 respectively. The samples were collected by sterilized polythene bottle. Physico-chemical analysis were carried out such parameters pH, Turbidity, Electrical Conductivity, Temperature, Colour, Taste, Odour, Total Dissolved Solids(TDS), Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Dissolved Oxygen(DO), Chloride and Sulphate. This analyzed Parameter is compared with the drinking water standards. The deviations were observed by ground water samples water quality standards indicating ground water pollution. We recommended advanced water treatment such as Reverse osmosis (RO) to remove heavy pollutants like Turbidity and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the water samples.
