Custard apple (Annona squamosa L.) is nutritional rich and largely valued for its taste. The investigation was carried out to find the suitability of custard apple fruits commercial cultivation on the basis of different physical and chemical characteristics such as fruit weight, number of seeds, seed weight, peel yield and pulp yield, TSS, acidity, total sugar and ascorbic acid. The experimental material consisted of four genotypes of custard apple which were analyzed for physico-chemical characters at full maturity. The results revealed that the fresh fruits of genotype IGCA-38 recorded highest weight of fruit, pulp, peel, TSS, total sugar and ascorbic acid. The highest acidity was observed in the genotype IGCA-37, while minimum content in IGCA-38.
