Fenvalerate 20 EC @ 0.50 ml/l was found most effective in terms of recording maximum number of larvae reduction of tobacco leaf caterpillar Spodoptera litura (Fab.). As regards to soybean grain yield, the treatment fenvalerate 20 EC @ 0.50 ml/l, Indoxacarb 15.8 EC @ 0.60 ml/l, Spinosad 45 SC @ 0.25 ml/l were found to be most effective treatments recording yield of 21.05 q/ha, 20.10 q/ha and 19.02 q/ha respectively. From the seed production point of view Fenvalerate 20 EC @ 0.50 ml/l, Indoxacarb 15.8 EC @ 0.60 ml/l, Spinosad 45 SC @ 0.25 ml/l were most effective in recording highest yield.
