Investigations were undertaken under field conditions to assess the effect of bioagents viz., PGPR, Pseudomonas fluorescens(Pf), the antagonistic fungus, Trichoderma viride (Tv) and egg parasitic fungus, Paecilomyces lilacinus (Pl) on reniform nematode, Rotylenchulus reniformis in castor and cotton. The biocontrol agent, P. fluorescens as seed treatment @ 20g/kg + 2.5kg/ha as soil application, significantly suppressed the R. reniformis population both in soil and root with lower root rot per cent of cotton and increase in yield by 42.67% with ICBR of 7.82.
