Abstract

An experiment was conducted during the kharif season of the years 2010–11, 2012–13 2013–14 and 2014–15 at Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Research Station, A. A. U., Anand, Gujarat to evaluate dry biomass yield of bhoy ambli under different spacing (S1-Broadcasting, S2-15 cm between two row and S330 cm between two row) with dates of sowing (D1-1st week of July, D2-3rd week of July and D3-1st week of August). The higher dry biomass yield in spacing (1948 kg ha−1) was obtained under 15 cm between two row with date of sowing treatment D1 (1st week of July) 2323 kg ha−1 and also get higher net realization worth Rs. 36, 350 ha−1 with BCR (2.00).
