A field trail was conducted in Kharif season 2012 in central research field of department of plant protection, SHIATS. Nine treatments viz. Neem leaves, Chrysanthemum leaves, Yellow lily leaves, Datura leaves, Custard apple leaves, Amaltas leaves, Aonla leaves and Takumi and Control with three replications were done, three sprays were carried at 15 days of interval. Observation on shoots and fruits (No. basis and Wt. Basis) were recorded. The infestation of Earias vitella on shoots registered lowest in Takumi (19.55%) and No. of fruit damage minimum fruit infestation was observed in Takumi (9.75%) and on Wt. basis minimum infestation observed in Takumi (10.50%) and the activity of botanicals were also significantly better. The highest yield was recorded in Takumi (72.33 q/ha). The maximum cost benefit ratio was observed in Takumi (1: 5.30) and which Proved to be economical valuable treatments.
