The experiment consisting micropropagation of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) variety CoM-0265" was under taken to standardize the hardening techniques In seedlings establishment and evaluated for days required for hardening, Survival percentage in hardening, days required for transplanting in open field The result obtained through this study were days required for hardening on soil: FYM: sand (1: ½: ½) was 28, while on soil: FYM: sand (1: 1: 1) medium 35 days in polyhouse condition. Maximum survival in hardening 90% was observed on soil: FYM: sand (1: ½: ½) medium while soil: FYM: sand (1: 1: 1) showed 85% survival in polyhouse. The 60 days were required for transplanting from hardening medium soil: FYM: sand (1: ½: ½) medium while 65 days was required on soil: FYM: sand (1: 1: 1) medium. The good results were found on soil: FYM: sand (1: ½: ½) followed by soil: FYM: sand (1: 1: 1) hardening medium.
