Conservation Agriculture (CA), defined as minimum soil disturbance (no-till) and permanent soil cover (mulch) combined with rotations as a more sustainable cultivation system for the future. Soil samples were collected from conservation agriculture plot in different blocks such as zero tillage with mulch (ZTWM), zero tillage without mulch (ZTWTM), raised bed with mulch (RBWM), raised bed without mulch (RBWTM) and farmers practice (FP). Serial dilution was done to evaluate the population of bioagents and result shown that eight isolates of Fluorescent Pseudomonads and Trichoderma were isolated from the rhizosphere soils of red gram and maize and they were characterized based on morphology, cultural characters and biochemical tests.
