The investigation aimed to study the effect of growth retardants on growth, flowering and yield of chrysanthemum. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (Factorial) with three replication. The treatments comprised with fourteen treatment combinations. Significant variation when observed for all parameters of growth, flowering and yield. However, the interaction effect was found nonsignificant. The better response for different growth and flowering parameters were recorded with an application MH 700 @ mg l−1 (P2) and sprayed at 30 DAT(S1). However they were found at par with CCC @ 2500 mg l−1 (P4) and sprayed at 60 DAT (S2). The similar trend was also observed for yield and yield attribute parameters.
