Abstract

Different thirteen insecticides with untreated control were tested for their efficacy against H. armigera in okra. All the insecticidal treatments were significantly superior over untreated control. Spinosad 73 g a.i./ha found to be the most effective followed by emamectin 0.001 per cent and indoxacarb 50 g a.i./ha against H. armigera.
