Abstract

The extraction of oil from fruit pomace and study of lipid biomolecules in pure oil and its fractions was done. The major range of biomolecules detected in pure oil and three fractionsof columnchromatography of pure sample (Acetone methanol and chloroform) have shown a significant biomolecules yield. There is a correlative spectral distribution found among all the samples.
