A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of different spacing levels and growth regulators on growth, flowering, flower yield and quality in annual chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum coronarium L.) during Kharif-2014. The results revealed that, the treatment combination of S1G1 (60 x 30 cm, GA3 at 200 ppm) recorded more plant height (97.60 cm), least number of days to first flowering (38.67) and 50% flowering (56.00) followed by S2 G1 (60 x 45 cm, GA3 200 ppm). The more number of branches per plant (26.06), plant spread (35.86 cm), maximum duration of flowering (79.66), more shelf life of flowers (75.90), more number of flowers per plant (94.60) and maximum flower yield per plant (9.49g) were observed in treatment combination of S3G3 (60 x 60 cm, cycocel at 1000 ppm) compared to S1G7 (60 x 30 cm, control). Whereas maximum flower diameter (5.31 cm) and individual flower weight (3.34 g) was noticed in treatment combination of S3G1 (60 x 60 cm, GA3 at 200 ppm). Similarly, the treatment combination of S1G3 significantly produced maximum flower yield per plot (9.82 kg) compared to all other treatments including S3G7 (60 x 60 cm, control) treatment combination.
