The Study was conducted in Rabi 2009–10 and 2010- 11 to evaluate the performance of different genotypes of coriander with respect to yield parameters in North Eastern Transitional Tract (Zone-I) of Karnataka. The experiment was carried out at Agriculture Research Station, Janwada Farm, Bidar. The 41 genotypes evaluated showed significant differences for yield parameters viz., Days to 50 per cent flowering, days to physiological maturity, number of umbels per plant, number of seeds per umbel, 1000 seed weight, seed yield per plant andseedyield per hectare this variation was due to their genetic effect, however the genotypes Hisar Sugandh (11.64 q/ha), NRCSS-ACr-1 (8.65 q/ha), GCr-2 (7.77 q/ha) Sadhana (7.53 q/ha) and RCr- 684 (7.33 q/ha) proved there superiority significantly over the check DWD-3 (6.58 q/ha). The genotype DCC-19 recorded the lowest seed yield (1.45 q/ha).
