This study was carried out to study the effect of organic matter FYM and biofertilizers (Glomus, Azotobacter and PSB) on their interaction and effect on nutrient content and antioxidant activity of the Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.). These parameters were recorded at 120 days after planting the seedlings. The results indicated that the application of biofertilizers showed a significant difference in comparison with the control in plant nutrient staus and antioxidant activity of Noni plant. In the treatment that received all the three inoculants Glomus fasiculatum, Azotobacter chrococcum and Bacillus megaterium recorded highest plant nitrogen, phosphorous and antioxidant activity copared to all other treatments fallowed by Glomus fasiculatum and Azotobacter chrococcum treatment. However organic matter used showed a significant effect on the crop growth in all treatments.
