Abstract

The objectives of the study were to assess the impact of climate based agroadvisory services beneficiaries for dissemination of agricultural information in terms of their technical knowledge and adoption of recommended practices based on climate change. The study is conducted in NICRA project adopted village Bakulahi of KVK, Raipur (Bhatapara) Bhatapara block of Baloda Bazar Bhatapara district and 70 per cent of the respondents i.e 543 respondent were selected randomly for the study. Data were collected from a randomly selected sample by interview schedule. The collected data were quantified, classified, tabulated and presented on the basis of frequencies and percentages. It is revealed that higher percentage (9.00%) of the climate based agroadvisory services beneficiaries having high impact of Climate based agro advisory services in terms of their technical knowledge and it can be also concluded that higher percentage (14.00%) of the climate based agroadvisory beneficiaries having medium impact of agroadvisory services, in terms of adoption of recommended practices.
