In this study, it was designed to isolate some pathogenic microbes from raw milk and dairy products. For this aim, 300 different samples of raw milk, curd, cream, and paneer were analyzed. One hundred fifty three different samples were found to be positive for E.coli, S.aureus, S.typhi and B.sublitis which are main cause of food poisoning and alarming sign for human health. Higher rate of contamination was found in raw milk and paneer samples followed by curd and cheese, these pathogenic bacteria may cause problems due to improper handling and processing of milk and milk products. The number of incidence is higher in raw milk as it provides a good nutritive media for the growth of different kind of pathogenic organisms and it come in easy contact with different conditions to be contaminated. These organisms are considerable from public health point of view as they have been related with the onset of food poisoning in human beings.
