The laboratory experiments were conducted to estimate Crystalline proteins (Cry toxins) levels in two public sector Bt cottonhybrids (G. Cot. Hy-6 BGII and G. Cot. Hy-8 BGII) under irrigated and rainfed conditions, indicated that the order of Cry proteins in different plant part was leaves > suqre > bolls. The Cry proteins contents in all the plant part with lots of variation during different sampling time. The expression of proteins increased with new tissue generation under both environmental conditions. Capacity of new tissue generation is highly depends on siol moisture availability and fertilizer application. The expression of the both protein was found high in terminal leave.
