An investigation was carried out with PMK (R) 4 rice seed to standardize seed biopriming with liquid biofertilizers (Azospirillum, Phosphobacteria and Silicate Solubilizing Bacteria) and liquid biocontrol agent (Pseudomonas fluorescens). The results of the experiments conducted to optimize the concentration and soaking duration of different biofertilizers and biocontrol agent revealed that seeds bioprimed with 20% Pseudomonas fluorescens and 20% Azospirillum for 18h germinated earlier and expressed its vigour in terms of increased speed of germination, germination percentage, shoot and root length and vigour index compared to other treatments.
