Abstract

Education Process Outsourcing means outsourcing the educational services through online and the use of internet for helping the overseas students learn better. The students learn with the help of a subject–matter expert who sits on the other end through various web-based programmes. This article highlights the different types of outsourcing services and focuses more on the EPO services. The main content of this article revolves around the different types of EPO services like curriculum design, academic pedagogy, content development, lecture delivery, essay writing services, pre-publishing services and test scoring and grading services. The ending note discusses about the challenges prevailing in the EPO sector for Indian online tuition market and also for the tutoring companies.
