Abstract

Institutions and organisations today are trying their level best to retain their employees to ensure that the employees pay back through their performance. The resources of the organization have spent on their training, development and for the welfare of the employees. This research explored the relationship between perceived ethical climate, supervisory trust and job satisfaction among sales persons in different ways.This research includes 200 respondents.
