Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the literature on the concept of followership. This paper investigates what are the different models of followership. The literary contributions of various authors are analysed in this paper and the followership models are compared and contrasted with recent contributions. Each model has a different purpose of study and vision for the future of followership and this paper provides an overview of various model i.e Kelley, B Kellerman, Ira, Carsten, Sy's.
