Abstract

Employee empowerment, as the name suggests, is to empower or uplift the employees in the organisation by providing them the autonomy to take decisions of their own which essentially leads to various positive outcomes among which a better organisational performance is a part. This paper basically deals with the relationship of the employee empowerment with the organisational performance. It narrates an overview about employee empowerment as well as various factors and strategies influencing the term. It also explains the impact of employee empowerment on organisational performance.
