An experimental time series study design was adopted for the study. One of the dependent variable was health related quality of life of hypertensive clients and the independent variable was comprehensive nursing care package. Probability sampling technique was used to select the samples. The sample size was 103 for experimental group and 105 for control group. The hypertensive clients were administered with comprehensive nursing care package and the study concluded that the comprehensive nursing care package was an effective intervention strategy in improving the HRQOL of the hypertensive clients.
