A descriptive study was conducted to assess the attitude and level of adherence towards treatment regimen among diabetics in the selected urban community area. The study was done using quantitative approach with descriptive research design.100 Adults of age over 18 years who were known diabetics were selected by non probability convenient sampling technique for the study. The study revealed that 27% had favourable attitude, 71% neutral and 2% had unfavourable attitude towards treatment regimen. 16% had high level adherence, 47% had moderate level of adherence and 37% had low level of adherence towards treatment regimen.
