Assessment of Covid Appropriate Behaviour among People during Public Gatherings in 2021

COVID-19 pandemic unprecedented threat to the public. CAB plays an necessary role to prevent and control COVID-19.This study aim to assess the corona appropriate behaviour among people during public gatherings in 2021 at Kanyakumari district.Descriptive survey research design was used among 198 participants selected through convenient sampling.Data were collected by using observational checklist.Result showed that majority of them have not followed CAB in public places. Education given to all the participants during public gatherings by demonstrating hand hygiene, maintenance of social distance, importance of wearing face mask and performance of cough etiquette.
