The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into healthcare systems has the potential to transform how healthcare services are delivered, particularly at the community level. This integration can improve the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of care provided to underserved populations, reduce healthcare disparities, and enhance overall public health outcomes. AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics can support diagnostic processes, assist in disease prevention, streamline administrative tasks, and provide personalized care. However, the adoption of AI in community healthcare faces challenges such as data privacy concerns, technological infrastructure limitations, and the need for skilled professionals. This paper explores the benefits, challenges, and future directions for integrating AI into community-based healthcare, with an emphasis on ethical considerations, stakeholder collaboration, and policy development to ensure equitable access and effective implementation. The study highlights the importance of AI as an enabler for community health systems, focusing on its role in enhancing care delivery, reducing costs, and empowering patients and healthcare providers alike.
