HIV/AIDS pandemic has become a social, political, economical and cultural problem. A person's conception of reality on beauty, health, fear may be very individualistic. Using descriptive design and convenient sampling technique, 195 samples were selected. Self administered questionnaire was used. Majority of the respondents, 69 (41%) reported that there is nothing wrong in speaking about HIV/AIDS to the partner. 92(59.3%) of the subjects perceived that voluntary testing and counselling for HIV should be done on a regular basis. The perceptions regarding sexual behaviour is based on one's own moral values and cultural norms.
