Knowledge of female health workers regarding integrated management of neonatal and childhood illness

The Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses is evidence based on cost effective and comprehensive child health strategy developed by World Health Organization and the united nations children fund for module and low income countries. The study were undertaken to assess the knowledge among female health workers regarding Integrated Management of Neonatal and childhood Illnesses Training. The samples of 60 female Health workers were included for the study. Karl Pearson correlation method was used to find out the association between knowledge and skill. The result showed that majority 80% of female Health workers had moderate knowledge and skill.
