Digeorge Syndrome is a primary immunodeficiency disease caused by abnormal migration and development of certain cells and tissues during fetal development. Digeorge syndrome has small deletion in chromosome no 22 at position 22q11.2. The development of 3" and 4th bronchial pouches (pharyngeal pouches) are affected. It is important to know about the disease to detect early and treat promptly.
