Road traffic accidents are a leading cause of death and disability among young people. Adolescents have to be taught and sensitized to traffic rules and accidents to halt the increasing trends in road traffic deaths and injuries. The aim of the study was to determine whether a Video Assisted Road Safety Programme made any difference in the level of knowledge and attitude of adolescent boys. Systematic random sampling technique was used. The study results showed that there was significant difference in the knowledge (t=23.37, p<0.05, df-89) and attitude level (t=15.34, p<0.05, df-89) of adolescent boys towards road safety.
