Abstract

Adolescent is the period of life in which they develop rapidly and having an extreme degree of pressure. Tai chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow and smooth body movements to achieve state of relaxation. A quasi-experimental study done on 50 samples selected by simple random sampling to evaluate the effectiveness of Tai chi training and to find out the association between the pre-test level of quality of life with their selected demographic variables. The results revealed that quality of life mean score was increased to (99.5) 79.6% from (52.12) 41.69% after Tai Chi training.
