Emergency care given before regular medical aid is called first aid, and the goal of first aid is to save life. The objectives were to assess knowledge and to administer self instructional module. A quasi-experimental design was used. Purposive sampling technique was used. Sample size was_60. There was significant association between post test knowledge and demographic variables (year of experience)
