Abstract

Bio diversity refers to the variety of life. This diversity of living creatures forms a support system for its growth & development. There are 3 types of biodiversity like The kinds of foods we choose can greatly affect energy levels, recovery time as well as the health of the muscles, joints and bones that are to be reconditioned and kept fit at all times. A sattvic diet is food that gives life, strength, energy, courage and self determination. It gives gross physical requirements, subtle nourishment necessary for vitality and consciousness. Food is seen as a carrier of the life force called prana and is judged by the quality of its prana and by the effect it has on our consciousness.
