Menopause is a part of every woman's life. It is the stage when menstrual period permanently stops. The women experience many symptoms such as irregular menstruation, hot flashes, changes in sexual desire, vaginal dryness, and urinary problems, changes in appearance, mood changes, sleep disturbances, palpitation and backache during menopause. Many Non-pharmacological interventions like diet, exercises, relaxation techniques, yoga, & music therapy etc are found to be useful in alleviating physical and psychological symptoms of menopause.
Menopause, yoga asanas, breathing exercises, meditation, menopausal symptoms
