Abstract

Antenatal period is a very crucial period for both mother and fetus. Adequate nutrition during pregnancy is important to enable the fetus to grow and develop physically and mentally to full potential. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of computer assisted teaching antenatal diet among antenatal mother. The quantitative research approach was used for the study by one group pre and post test design. The result shows that the mean value of pre- test was 11.1 and the post- test value was 17.8. This shows the effect of computer assisted teaching on level of knowledge regarding antenatal diet among antenatal mothers.
