Abstract

Yuj therapy is the process of enabling people to advance toward better health and wellness through the use of yujpractices and teachings. It is the root of the term "yoga," a traditional Indian physical, mental, and spiritual practice that gained popularity in the 20th century. Steps of practicing yuj therapy like Uttanasana, UtthitaTrikonasana, Marajariasana, Balasana, Paschimottanasana, Kapalbhati Pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, NadiShodhana, Ujjayi Pranayama. These will help in reduction of stress, anxiety, depression and improve their quality of sleep for every individual.
