Steps of practicing yuj therapy like Uttanasana, UtthitaTrikonasana, Marajariasana, Balasana, Paschimottanasana, Kapalbhati Pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, NadiShodhana, Ujjayi Pranayama.
