Emotional Intelligence Program on Emotional Intelligence Among IT Professionals at Nihon Technology Private Limited, Chennai

The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of emotional intelligence among professionals. A quasi experimental design was adopted for the study. Sixty IT professionals were selected from NITHON technology private limited and screened for emotional intelligence. There was statistically significant difference between the pretest and post test levels of social behavior in the study group and between the post test levels of emotional intelligence of the study and control groups.
