Intellectual teams are the basis of every booming group. Hospitals without teams that effort well collectively often effort, while successful teams help to improve the quality of therapeutic care, smooth the progress of the completion of health practices and enhance output and good group.11 For a hospital to work at most favourable levels, you must develop a team in which each component brings his or her talents and skills, which contribute to the overall achievement of the group. The aim of just beginning high-performing teams is clear to best who want these groups for the long pull. They believe high performance contributes a lot to lasting structure achievement, like rising structure background, workers preservation, and revenue and risk improvement. Premeditated and persistent conflict can enhance nurse's self-awareness of deleterious attitudes and behaviors affecting physical, psychological, affecting, and communal functioning within the hospital organizations. This study aims to recognize leadership needs to develop teamwork-related flexible skills of clinical nurses to increase staff satisfaction and improves the worth of care. The present study is the usefulness of the Johari Window model for the promotion of teamwork among staff nurses. This study is to encourage teamwork among staff nurses by using the concept of the Johari window model. The objectives are to measure the altitude of teamwork, to assess the post interventional level of cooperation, to assess the helpfulness of the Johari window model in promoting the team and association between the system of teamwork and to with the selected variables of staff nurses.
