Delirium is common complications found among patients nursed in ICU and it increases the risk of mortality among critically ill. A study was undertaken to ascertain whether the bundle approach is effective in preventing delirium among critically ill patients. True experimental pretest post test design was adopted with a sample of 60 participants. The experimental participants received the bundle interventions and the other group of patients received conventional care. ICDSC scale, RASS score and CPOT pain scale have been utilized. Results revealed that the bundle approach was effective in reducing the delirium among critically ill patients.
