Abstract

Stag horn calculus is large renal stones which fill the renal pelvis and at least one renal calyx. A stag horn calculus is the name given to a branching kidney stone. Female is risk to develop renal stones. Common clinical manifestations are abdominal pain, infection and fever. Stag horn calculus is removed by percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).
