A 44-year-old female presented with a painless, gradually enlarging mass on the left dorsum of her tongue. Clinical examination swelling of 1x1 cm in the left dorsum of the tongue and imaging studies confirmed a Hemangioma on tongue. After the fitness got from the cardiologist, patient underwent sclerotheraphy with preoperative embolization, resulting in complete resolution of symptoms and significant improvement in quality of life. This case study of nursing care can help to increase the awareness of Oral Hemangioma among Healthcare Professionals, importance of multidisciplinary approach in management and need for prompt referral to specialized centers for optimal outcomes.
