Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a condition characterized by partial or complete obstruction of upper airway during sleep. The study was conducted to assess the relationship of anthropometric indices to risk of OSA among patients attending Out Patient Department. Non experimental descriptive study was adopted. A total of 100 samples were selected using convenient sampling technique. Modified Berlin Questionnaire was used to identify patients at risk for OSA and seven selected anthropometric indices were measured. The results of the study revealed there is a significant relationship between BMI, BFR NC, and WHR and risk of OSA.
