Fatigue, sleep deprivation, depression, dependency, lack of support from family and financial crisis are the frequently reported symptoms of hemodialysis patients. A pre experimental design with one group pretest posttest was conducted using convenient sampling among 100 patients undergoing hemodialysis. In the pretest 11% of the patients had better level of fatigue and 89% of the patients had severe level of fatigue whereas in the posttest 75% of the patients had better level of fatigue and 25% of the patients had severe level of fatigue. The obtained t value was 17.18 significant at p<0.001. This study implies that the level of fatigue among chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis was high and Leg Ergometric Exercise is an effective intervention to reduce fatigue among hemodialysis patients.
