A Quasi experimental study was performed to assess the effectiveness of amla juice with honey vs garlic on blood pressure and selected complaints among hypertensive clients. Seventy two clients were selected using purposive sampling technique. Experimental group I received amla juice with honey for 30 days and Experimental group II received garlic and Control group did not receive any intervention. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study concluded that amla juice with honey and garlic were effective in reducing blood pressure level and selected complaints in hypertensive clients.
