Abstract

The prevalence of swine flu is more common today in India. This study was conducted to assess the knowledge on prevention of swine flu. A pre experimental research design of 50 samples was selected by simple random sampling among the B. Ed students from selected college at Erode. The pre test and post test knowledge was assessed using a semi structured questionnaire and the pamphlet about prevention of swine flu was distributed. The paired t value 6.87 is greater than the table value 6.31 which was statistically significant at p<0.001 level proving the effectiveness of the pamphlets.
