Kikuchi's disease, also known as histolytic necrotizing lymphadenitis originally, described in young women is a rare condition of unknown cause characterized by cervical lymph adenopathy and fever. Here we report a case of Kikuchi's disease with positive histopathology studies and clinical manifestations. Kikuchi's disease can appear as atypical presentation without any association of autoimmune disease. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) proved to be useful in effective diagnosis obviating the need for biopsy.
