Effectiveness of amla juice in reducing blood sugar among patients with type ii diabetes mellitus in a selected area at Namakkal district

The study was conducted to assess the effect of Amla juice in reducing blood sugar level among patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Data were collected and observed for 60 patients, where 30 patients were assigned to experimental group and 30 to control group by using purposive sampling technique. The gathered data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of the study revealed that Amla juice had effect in reducing blood glucose level patients with type II diabetes.
