A 55-year-old man presented withthe complaints of problems with ambulation, bowel and bladder disturbance, impaired social interaction, fever, vomiting, not oriented for 20 days, Hehasa known history of seizure, Parkinson's disease, diabetes mellitus. MRI brain revealed corpus callosum degeneration and neuroparenchymal atrophy. The atypical presentation of the symptoms can be misdiagnosed as Wernicke- Korsakoff syndrome or Alzheimer's disease. Hence a clear comprehension is necessary for identification of the case which is the key note for the researcher for enlightening the healthcare professionals on the disease condition.
