The attitude among hospital attender on specimen transportation was 23-33 (18.5%), 13 had moderately favorable attitude and between 34-44 (81.4%), 57 had favorable attitude. The practice on specimen transportation among hospital attenders was 4 - 7(4.3%) 3 had inadequate Practice and 8-10 (95.6%), 67 had adequate Practice. There is no association between the knowledge, attitude and practice selected socio demographic variables. Hospital Attenders who transported the specimen form the ward to laboratory have adequate level of practice because of their daily activity and experience.
